Is The List Gifts free to use?
Yes! The List Gifts is completely free. You can create unlimited gift lists, add unlimited items, and share with as many people as you want at no cost.
Do I need an account to view a shared list?
No! Anyone with a shared link can view a gift list without creating an account. However, you'll need an account to create and manage your own lists.
How do I share my gift list?
Once you've created a list, click the "Share" button. You can then share via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. You can also copy the link and share it anywhere you like.
Can I see who reserved or purchased gifts?
As the list owner, you can see that items have been reserved or purchased, but you won't see who reserved them. This keeps the surprise! Viewers can see which items they personally reserved.
Can I add items from any store?
Yes! You can add items from any online or physical store. Just paste the product URL if it's available online, or add the details manually for items from physical stores.
What happens to my lists after the event?
Your lists remain in your account indefinitely. You can keep them for reference, delete them, or reuse them for future occasions.
Can I control who sees my list?
Yes! You can enable or disable sharing at any time. When sharing is disabled, the link becomes inactive. You control who gets the link in the first place.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and regular security audits. We're also GDPR compliant. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
Do you have a mobile app?
The List Gifts works great on mobile browsers! You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience. Native mobile apps may be available in the future.
